Carla ist das Backend für die Steuerung der Roboter und des gesamten Systems. Neben der Erfassung wichtiger Produktionsdaten bietet das Carla-System eine Menge Schnittstellen zur Interaktion.
Mittels Kameraüberwachung haben die Operator die Möglichkeit eine oder mehrere Anlagen gleichzeitig zu überwachen.
Über die Fernsteuerung können die Roboter gestartet und gestoppt werden, die Prozesse unterbrochen oder aber auch Sicherheitszustände angefahren werden.
Als vollständig verwaltetes Backend für die einzelnen Jobs dient das Carla-System auch zur Verwaltung der Anlagen mit weiteren Infos und der Registrierung neuer Komponenten und das Freischalten von Funktionen. Eine Anbindung an unser Ersatzteilmanagement bietet direkte und verlässliche Nachforderung von Teile oder die Anforderung von Technikern für den Remote- und Vor-Ort-Support.
